WARRANTY AND RETURNS

The business “Dodge and Plymouth Parts Australia” has closed. These parts that I am selling are the left over stock from that business and there is no formal warranty or any implied.

If the parts sent to you are incorrect to what you had ordered I will accept there return and refund the purchaser the purchase price. All returns are to be prepaid. I will not accept any returns by C.O.D. post or accept any freight cost for returned items. These returns must be delivered to me with-in 28 days of the original invoice date.

Items will not be sent to the buyer until the items are paid for in full. Items that are lost in freight or damaged during freight are the responsibility of the freight company and the buyer. I do not carry out investigations to damaged or lost items. I shall supply copy of the invoice if required.

Days and hours that I’m available, will be very flexible. If the fish are biting I maybe fishing. I will from time to time be away on holiday or attending to family and personal issues. Phone contact is your best bet. Between 9am and 6pm is best

Items that can be posted by using Australian post express bags will be posted. There are 3 Express Bag options that I offer according to size of items to fit into the bag.

Small Bay $16 including postage Australia wide

Medium Bag $22 including postage Australia wide

Large Bag $32 including postage Australia wide

For large that can not be posted items I can supply you with estimates of size for you to investigate the best freight option yourself. Packing fees be apply for large items that require specialised packing

Pick up from my place is also welcomed, but please make arrangements with me first. Don’t want you arriving if I’m off fishing.
